Not exactly your typical farmhouse,
but it serves our purpose.
We are located between Warrenton and Fredericksburg.

Right now we have four stalls and 11 acres.
With more horses than we really need of course!

Here is the big "cat house"  Casper and Tiger are living and hunting
mice for us there.
We use it for much more.
